Full Professor of Ecology at Tor Vergata University of Rome.
Stefano Cataudella is a Full Professor of Ecology at Tor Vergata University of Rome, where he taught for many years Applied Ecology and Fisheries Sciences. He worked on the systematics, genetics, morphology, and ecology of bony fishes, focusing on species of economic interest for capture fisheries and aquaculture.
In the Data Collection Program for the Fisheries Sector he coordinates the working group that deals with ecosystemic indicators in fisheries. He is president of the FAO RFMO General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean and Black Sea (CGPM). He is the author of more than 200 scientific papers, technical papers, and books.
